REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Premium Horse Treats, we understand that your satisfaction is paramount. If you need to return or exchange a product, our policy is designed to make the process simple and stress-free. Our goal is to ensure that every customer interaction with us is positive, and our return/exchange policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.

Due to the nature of our treats, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll happily work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
